As a MIS Specialist I, you will work within our IT/MIS department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Responsibilities:

* Identify Netsmart requirements for internal customers;

* Evaluate existing program use of Netsmart and assist programs with optimizing Netsmart to meet program need;

* Identify and correct technical problems with Netsmart;

* Recommend solutions for concerns with Netsmart;

* Maintain Netsmart performance, including implementation of new system features,

* Provide training for users;

* Manage help desk calls/tickets regarding Netsmart;

* Design or reconfigure documents within Netsmart;

* Keep data accessible and organized;

* Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;

* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;

* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

* Work with IT to assure the provision of appropriate levels of security to database applications;

* Complete special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required;

* Google Analytics Certificate Required;

* Experience preferred working with clinical records, specifically Net Smart;

* Valid Driver's License required.
