Order Picker

CVS Health is seeking an Order Picker to support our mission of making healthcare more accessible and affordable. Based in our distribution center, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage prescriptions and healthcare products for shipment to pharmacies and patients. Using RF scanners and warehouse systems, you'll verify item numbers, quantities, and lot information while meeting productivity and accuracy goals. You'll follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines, help maintain inventory organization, and collaborate with a diverse, inclusive team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack pharmacy and healthcare products based on electronic or paper pick lists
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment to locate, scan, and verify items
• Ensure orders meet quality, accuracy, and safety standards before shipment
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipping within specified time frames
• Follow all CVS Health and OSHA safety, cleanliness, and compliance procedures
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
