American & Efird LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mount Holly, NC. The role is full-time and onsite, with standard weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm). You will serve as the primary liaison between A&E and customers and handle orders and inquiries.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A textile industry background is preferred. Drug screening and background checks are required.
