• Enforce and execute QMS procedures and policies facility-wide to ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics and KPIs to demonstrate QMS effectiveness
• Collaborate with Quality Management to standardize and unify corporate-level quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms
• Lead investigations of critical customer complaints and implement effective resolutions
• Validate existing QMS procedures and forms and execute readiness planning activities for annual ISO 9001 certification audits
• Manage nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Manage supplier quality performance programs and maintain supplier quality scorecards
• Collaborate with Quality Management on internal and external audits (ISO, UL, etc.)
• Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions
• Direct all preventive maintenance programs for quality-related equipment
• Oversee calibration programs for all instrumentation and electrostatic discharge (ESD) equipment to ensure measurement system integrity
• Transition and maintain all quality functions into Adept document management and Epicor ERP software
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement projects
