As a Security Officer Credential Control Driver in Mount Holly, NC
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements, escalating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
