Concierge​/Receptionist - Mount Joy

Part Time Schedule-9 am- 4 pm every Wednesday and every other Saturday and Sunday

PRN position available-9 am-4:30 pm Every other weekend

Pay:
Starting at $15.00 per hour

Important role that sets the tone of First Impressions by being a liaison with members of our Leadership Team, Residents, and Family Members. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the front desk and telephone while providing assistance through administrative and clerical duties to support the Juniper Team.

• Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized workspace to include waiting and concierge areas.
• Assists the marketing department as needed with phone calls and database work.
• Answers incoming phone calls, forwards and takes messages as appropriate.
• Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, prepares and sends community invitations, notices, flyers, etc. as directed.
• Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move‑ins, resident assessments and transportation, preparing resident files, preparing training materials, and assists with coordination of onboarding/hiring process as needed.

• High School Diploma is preferred.
• Aptitude for math and computer knowledge preferred.
• Previous healthcare or service‑related experience preferred.
