Registered Dental Hygienist – PRN / As-Needed

Mount Joy Dental Associates is seeking a friendly, reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis
.

This position is ideal for a hygienist looking for flexibility—perfect for those who want to pick up extra days without committing to a fixed weekly schedule or even those that already have positions at other offices, but may want to pick up an occasional Friday for some extra income.

• Fill-in coverage for team members (vacations, sick days, schedule gaps)
• Flexible scheduling—days offered as needed
• No nights or weekends
• Possible hours:
  Monday 7:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm, Friday 6:30am-1:00pm

• Licensed RDH in Pennsylvania
• Positive attitude and strong patient communication skills
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working independently

• Flexible, low-commitment schedule

• Modern office with digital systems
• Opportunity to pick up additional days as available
• Hourly rate open to some negotiation
