CNC AutoCAD Programmer

CNC AutoCAD/Solid Works Programmer $2,500 Sign-on Bonus Weekly Pay Overview:
Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled CNC AutoCAD/Solid Works Programmer who is proficient in AutoCAD, Solid Works, and 3D Modeling, with a strong background in setting up and optimizing CNC burn bed tables (waterjet, laser table, & plasma table) for efficient and accurate production. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, often under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Commitment to a safe work environment, quality product, and teamwork. Program Laser/Plasma tables & Waterjet Machine using AutoCAD & Solid Works for a wide range of complex parts and materials Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation Selection appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds based on materials and specifications. Set up and prove out programs on the shop floor, making adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with machinists to refine and optimize machining processes. Maintain program files and documentation in an organized and accessible manner. Troubleshoot issues related to programming, tooling, and machining operations. Ensure all parts meet quality standards and tolerances 1+ years of CNC programming experience in a machine shop environment. Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and material properties. Ability to work from 2D drawings and 3D models.

Familiarity with GD&T and precision measurement tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
