Job Description:

** Job Overview*
* We are seeking a skilled
** Electrical/Mechanical Manufacturing Technician
** to join our team. This role involves assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronic systems used in robotic or automated assembly cells. The ideal candidate has experience in electronics manufacturing, a strong understanding of robotics components, and the ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical blueprints.

+ Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of robotic electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. This will include both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Assist in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues.

+ Assist in the installation and calibration of robotic components, including motors, PLCs, and embedded systems.

+ Assist mechanical engineers in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.

+ Interpret and create technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software.

+ Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and design improvements.

+ Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment.

+ Support the engineering team in prototype development and product testing.

+ Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.

+ Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

+ Document test results, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

+ Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to optimize mechanical processes.

+ Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

+ Maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces in an organized manner.

+ Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in training programs.

** Associate degree, technical diploma, or certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field preferred.

* Experience:

** 2+ years in electrical manufacturing, preferably in robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems.

+ Familiarity with robotic systems, motion control, and industrial automation components.

+

Experience with electrical testing tools and troubleshooting techniques for robotic systems.

+ Understanding of embedded systems, PLCs, microcontrollers, and motor drivers is a plus.

+ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical and robotic assembly.

+ Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.

+ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.

+ Ability to operate and maintain mechanical tools and equipment.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.

+ Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in an engineering or manufacturing setting.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

+ Excellent computer skills for documentation and reporting.
