Role Description

Full‑time, on‑site Fabricator position located in Mt. Joy, PA.

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure and cut metal components.
• Assemble and weld parts.
• Perform inspections for quality.
• Operate fabrication machinery safely and maintain tools and work spaces.
• Collaborate with team members on project timelines and objectives.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain precise craftsmanship to meet production standards.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, technical drawings interpretation, and material measurement.
• Experience with metal cutting, welding, and fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate fabrication machinery and tools with precision and safety.
• Attention to detail, quality assurance, and ability to inspect finished products.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field is highly desirable.
• Technical training or certification in welding or fabrication is a plus.
