DON What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all nursing operations and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for residents.
• Monitor patient care, safety, and satisfaction to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Manage staffing levels, budgeting, and operational efficiencies within the nursing department.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and policies.

DON What We’re Looking For:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
