Accountant - Remote

We are working with our client, a great, continuously growing organization, to find a motivated, detail-driven Accountant to join their expanding Finance & Accounting team. This fully remote role (with occasional in‑person meetings in Nashville, TN) offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse portfolio of properties and entities.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including A/P, A/R, cash, accruals, and fixed assets for multiple entities
• Prepare journal entries and help complete month-end close activities on schedule.
• Assist in producing monthly financial statements for multiple properties.
• Review and reconcile A/P and A/R aging reports.
• Support entity-level reporting and documentation for lenders, insurance, and regulatory needs.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation materials, and compliance reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant, ideally within real estate, property management, hospitality, or multi-entity environments.
• Experience with Quick Books Online; familiarity with ERPs (Net Suite, Yardi, Sage Intacct) is a plus.
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
• Self‑driven communicator who excels in a remote environment.
