We're looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team iet Tire Center Goodyear. As an experienced Automotive Service Technician, you'll be expected to perform various diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, predominately domestic. You'll work closely with our Service Manager to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. We employee a limited number of Automotive Service Technicians to support a non-competitive work environment that encourages high compensation and productivity.

• Diagnose a wide variety of repairs, including but not limited to drivability, electrical, brakes, steering and suspension, HVAC, starting and charging, major engine repairs, and maintenance services
• Communicate effectively with the Service Manager an honest assessment of needed service repairs
• Maintain a professional working environment that encourages support among colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and work areas
• Attend and participate in store meetings
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

• 3+ consecutive years of automotive repair experience
• ASE certifications preferred, not required
• Experience with various makes and models, predominantly domestic
• Have your own tools including a diagnostic scan tool
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand and work eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to adapt and learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
