Main Shop Technician – Certified Mt. Juliet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Mt. Juliet, TN
Mt. Juliet CDJR is hiring Technicians with proven experience in a dealership service department
. You will handle advanced diagnostics, warranty work, engine repairs on FCA vehicles. This role fits a technician who wants stability, strong workflow, and a team that respects high-level skill.
- Strong pay plan based on skill and certification level
- $30 - $54 per hour based on training level
- Time and a half for all Warranty Work
- High Volume shop with consistent workload
- 80% Customer Pay work
- Paid training for continued CDJR certifications

Full time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday rotation.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Able to diagnose and repair Chrysler automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and accurately to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chrysler’s quality standards
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs with the ultimate goal of maintaining a positive experience for the customer
- CDJR Phase 1, 2, or 3 Certification (preferred)
- CDJR dealership experience (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic accuracy
- Ability to handle high-line jobs efficiently
- Valid driver’s license
- Master Certified or 2+ years automotive technician/mechanic experience
- Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
- Strong Automotive knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
- Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
- Employment subject to a background check and drug screen test
- We perform a standard pre-employment drug screen; however, THC is excluded from the testing panel
