Project Manager, Construction Specialist
Reporting to the program manager we are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager, Construction Specialist for a 6-8 month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and execution to completion. They will act as intermediary between design firms and the general contractors. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to manage projects to schedule and budget.
The successful candidate will act as the primary on-site manager, ensuring that all work is executed to code and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
