Himmel's Architectural Door and Hardware is seeking a Tenant Improvement (TI) Project Manager in Houston, TX to lead TI projects from estimate through closeout. You will partner with General Contractors, design-build firms, and architects to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities include submittals, procurement, change orders, delivery, and punch lists, with close collaboration with branch leadership to ensure stock and production meet project needs.
