Responsibilities- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer accounts by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer requests
- Communicate with customers, sales representatives, accounting, and MP&L teams effectively
- Working together independently and as a team while being yourself in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Customer Service, Inside Sales and/or Purchasing experience, preferably in MRO, Cutting Tools or Distribution
- Worked in an ERP system
- AS400 Knowledge
- CTI Health Insurance plans (HSA or PPO options)
