Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing client phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the provided methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives
- Document and keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Maintain sensitivity to confidential client information.

- Proven track record of customer support experience

- Pharmacy or healthcare experience is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mt. Juliet, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
