The employee is expected to support and contribute to the Christian mission and educational philosophy of Mt. Juliet Christian Academy and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the church and school's beliefs, policies, and standards.

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Mustpass background check.
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
• Experience in a school library, classroom, or educational setting preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to create an engaging, positive environment for students.
• Ability to work independently while following established curriculum and school procedures.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the church and school.
