The Automation & Technical Support Technician will support machine operation, maintenance, system setup, and technical service activities across Greystone’s automation platforms. This role is ideal for a high‑school graduate or entry‑level college candidate (Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related field) who is mechanically inclined, technically sharp, and quick to learn.

This is a dynamic, hands‑on position requiring adaptability, travel flexibility, and strong communication skills.

• Support setup, calibration, and maintenance of automated machines and robotics systems
• Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic software issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Assist engineering team with system upgrades and modifications
• Document service activities and create clear technical reports
• Provide professional on‑site customer support when required
• Maintain organized tools, spare parts, and work areas
• Support testing, diagnostics, and system validation processes

• High school diploma required
• Some college coursework in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, or related technical field preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and components
• Basic software troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem‑solving ability and fast learner
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and automated systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create clear reports and basic presentations
• Must be willing and able to travel on short notice
• Valid driver’s license required
