Amazon is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to keep our advanced retail fulfillment operations running smoothly. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic, conveyor, and mechatronic systems that power Amazon's fast-paced facilities. Using mechanical, electrical, and control skills, you'll diagnose failures, perform preventive maintenance, and support new technology rollouts. In Amazon's customer-obsessed, data-driven culture, you'll own problems, collaborate with engineers, and continuously improve safety, reliability, and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain mechatronics and robotics systems in Amazon fulfillment centers
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, robots, and related control systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control issues using diagnostic tools and documentation
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and throughput
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and safety systems to meet performance and compliance standards
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and system changes in CMMS tools
• Support testing, commissioning, and upgrades of new automation technologies
• Train peers and operators on safe use and basic troubleshooting of robotic and mechatronic equipment
