I'm partnering on a newly created VP of Accounting & Finance search for a well-established, diversified privately held business with operations spanning several industries including construction, real estate/property management, agriculture, and more.
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to ownership and serving as a key voice at the executive table. The right leader will bring a balance of strategic finance leadership + hands-on accounting execution, helping guide growth, improve financial infrastructure, support acquisitions/development activity, and provide sound financial partnership to ownership.
Qualifications- CPA + strong accounting/audit foundation
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
- Experience in construction, real estate/property management, and complex multi-entity environments required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, owner-led business where collaboration, adaptability, and thoughtful decision-making matter
- Direct access to ownership and meaningful influence on the business
- Diverse and highly interesting portfolio of operating companies
