Qualifications &

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with at least 7 years of business analysis, including 3+ years in Property & Casualty Insurance Claims.
• Experience in iterative and agile methodologies, and working knowledge of SDLC and PMLC processes.
• Strong background in developing detailed business requirements and technical specifications.
• Hands‑on experience creating business process diagrams, data rules, business requirements, and functional requirements/user stories.
• Knowledge of reviewing, re‑engineering, or developing IT solutions for process improvement automation.
• Experience interfacing with business management during walkthroughs, interviews, presentations, and negotiations.
• Proven track record for claims system implementation and support.
• Proficiency with project and business tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, UI mock‑up tools, etc.
• Must be proficient with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
• Experience with visualization tools is beneficial.
