Overview

Andrews Cadillac is seeking an experienced Dispatcher with Warranty Claim Processing experience to join our Mt. Juliet service team. This role will focus primarily on dispatching responsibilities, with warranty claim processing as needed.

    Base salary plus monthly commissions and a quarterly bonus opportunity
Responsibilities
  • Dispatching
  • Schedule shop work to maximize productivity in accordance with dealership policy and Technician skill level
  • Prioritize and control all comebacks to ensure prompt and proper resolution
  • Ensure repair orders are accurately documented, including corrections and recorded labor times
  • Monitor job status and communicate any changes in time or cost estimates to Service Advisors and/or customers
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date repair log
  • Review repair orders for completeness and accuracy before closing
  • Open and close repair orders
  • Ensure Technicians follow all warranty material disposition procedures
  • Coordinate parts needs with the Parts Department and schedule customers promptly upon receipt of special-order parts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Warranty
  • Process warranty claims and related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain service records in compliance with company and factory standards
  • Verify factory and distributor claim requirements
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and resubmit rejected claims promptly
  • Follow up on outstanding warranty payments
  • Arrange, ship, and track warranty parts returns
  • Stay informed on factory recalls and updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching and warranty processing within an automotive service department
  • GM experience required
  • Reynolds Ignite experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Valid Driver’s License required
