QA ​/ API Tester (WMS Cloud Migration

This role supports the organization's migration from a legacy 2007 Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS) to a new Oracle-based cloud platform called Jasse. The project involves mapping over 2,000 business requirements into the new system. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing project documents, creating detailed test scenarios, and validating functionality to ensure a successful system transition.

Job Responsibilities

• Review system documents and map business requirements into the new platform.
• Create test scenarios and validate system functionality across the WMS.
• Utilize Jira to manage test cases and track progress throughout the testing phase.
• Perform API-centric testing, as the new Oracle platform relies heavily on APIs.
• Use testing tools like Postman and read Swagger documentation to execute system tests.

Qualifications Intermediate to senior-level technical IT skills, with the ability to work as an independent contributor. Strong expertise in working with APIs and warehouse functionality. A deep, essential understanding of core WMS functionality, specifically "pick, pack, and ship" processes. Preferred Background:
The ideal candidate began their career as a warehouse or supply chain associate using these systems and subsequently developed technical IT/testing skills. Bonus:
Prior experience with specific WMS platforms (like Manhattan Associates or Oracle) is helpful for context, though it is not strictly mandatory. Industry Fit:
Must demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to the supply chain and manufacturing industry; an inability to transition from other industries (such as healthcare) is considered a red flag.
