Senior Analyst – Aftersales Business Intelligence

• Lead development of business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions
• Develop scalable dashboards, analytical models, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
• Modernize legacy applications by migrating business processes and reporting to cloud-based platforms
• Develop Microsoft Power Apps to replace Microsoft Access frontend applications
• Drive data analysis, process improvement, and automation initiatives
• Ensure data quality, governance, and system reliability through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis
• Manage projects while partnering with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on development standards and emerging technologies
• Gather requirements and define success criteria with business stakeholders
• Translate operational needs into analytical and reporting solutions
• Expand technical expertise through training, research, and evaluation of emerging technologies
• Support Aftersales Supply Chain operations across inventory management, forecasting, supplier management, logistics, and warehouse operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Math or related fields required
• 6+ years of experience with SQL, relational databases, enterprise data warehouses, and dimensional data modeling
• 6+ years of experience with procedural programming languages, preferably Python and VBA, including development, automation, and support of business applications and reporting solutions

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Experience developing, maintaining, and modernizing reporting and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Access/Excel and cloud-based analytics environments
• Experience with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Manufacturing, or other operational business data
• Experience migrating reporting and analytical solutions to modern technologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to understand business needs and develop requirements for technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence decision making through data-driven recommendations
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management skills
• Ability to perform work onsite iet, TN (NPRC) or Franklin, TN (HQ)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of drug and background screenings

Proficient in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Power BI, with strong project management and analytical skills to drive process improvements and support supply chain operations.
