We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, from safety and quality compliance to optimizing resource allocation and inventory management.
Position has an On‑site requirement presence requirement in a Manufacturing plant located in Mt Juliet, Tennessee area.
What will you do?- Enforce compliance with Health and Safety and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
- Ensure compliance with our quality system and the proper application of defined processes and procedures to meet required quality standards.
- Optimize daily/weekly workload balance and resource allocation, considering internal and external storage capacities and freight capabilities.
- Adjust material providing and handling programs to align with customer priorities in ad‑hoc systems (LDS, DISS, etc.).
- Manage the logistics process from receiving goods, stocking, picking, material handling, to shipping finished goods and waste.
- Coordinate with support functions for short‑term actions to enhance operations.
- Lead/Participate in the Continuous improvement programs for efficiency improvement, reducing the NVA through Kaizens, VSM and other techniques.
- Organize training needs for teams and manage versatility in accordance with defined targets.
- Monitor warehouse process performance and team adherence to Schneider Production System rules and plant cycle events.
- Ensure inventory accuracy with continuous alignment between operations and inventory data.
- Monitor and analyze logistics costs to identify areas for improvement.

What qualifications will make you successful?- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse/logistics management experience within a logistics, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide teams toward operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive and creative approach to resolving complex operational challenges.
- Experience managing all aspects of the supply chain, from product development and procurement through distribution and shipment of finished goods.
- SAP proficiency and working knowledge of supply chain systems and processes.
- Understanding of accounting and financial principles as they relate to warehouse and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational performance.
For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 – USD 180,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives.
