We are seeking a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented Warehouse and Manufacturing Data Admin to determine and load master data for new materials into SAP. The ideal candidate will effectively apply standard criteria to determine the appropriate data configuration for the warehouse, manufacturing, and quality domain. This individual will work closely with the order engineering and master data team to resolve any discrepancies in information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete One Shuttle workflow tasks – manage queue of assigned tasks essential to create new materials in SAP
    • Application of standards – determine part configuration based on established guidelines
      • Warehouse data – OFO or kanban flow, bin type (size), storage location
      • Manufacturing data – verify part type, load BOM, create routing, create production version, and load revision level
      • Quality data – create incoming inspection
    • Data validation – review information provided by different functions for errors against standards
    • Data entry – create new materials in SAP from provided template
    • Data load – copy data to Excel templates for mass upload to SAP
  • Communicate with cross functional team on data clarifications or issues and ensure resolution
Required Skills
  • Task driven and detailed focused to complete repetitive tasks accurately
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate between teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and quickly completing data templates
  • Comfortable working with computers and various software applications
  • Warehouse experience to understand typical part flows is preferred
  • Product knowledge to understand part types is preferred
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • The department requires PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), plus Safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor.
  • Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged periods of standing is required for duration of shift.
  • Requires ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work.
  • Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively.
