Senior Repair Operations Manager

The Senior Production Operations Manager leads device processing operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees production teams, ensures product quality and compliance with customer specifications, and drives operational efficiency to meet production targets and service‑level agreements.

• Lead and supervise supervisors and production staff to ensure efficient device processing aligned with company standards.
• Drive daily production planning, prioritization, and KPI tracking to meet output and SLA targets.
• Ensure product quality through adherence to specifications, auditing processes, and continuous monitoring.
• Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Optimize operations by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
• Manage workflow efficiency including line balancing, WIP reduction, and process improvements.
• Establish and improve systems, reporting, and operating procedures based on data analysis.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment.
• Partner cross‑functionally to improve productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading hourly teams with strong coaching and performance‑management skills.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of production or operations leadership experience.
• Experience in ISO
  9001 or R2‑certified environments.
• Background in wireless device repair or OEM manufacturing.
• Familiarity with electronics tools and mobile‑device processing technologies.

Mt. Juliet, TN (onsite).

Pay Range: $88,000.00 – $.
