Abacus is hiring skilled Equipment Operators for the KIND protein bar distribution center. We are looking for experienced drivers who prioritize safety and can thrive in a fast-moving production environment.

Equipment Requirements:

FLO1:
Minimum 1 year of experience with a Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack).

FLO2:
Minimum 1 year of experience with a Reach Truck.

Language:
Must speak and understand English fluently for safety coordination.

Citizenship:
No US Citizenship required.

Before starting your first shift, you must complete your safety training at the Smyrna office:

Safety Training:
Watch the Fed Ex facility-specific safety videos.

Written Test:
Complete a 40-question test (20 Multiple Choice / 20 True or False).

Passing Score:
You may only miss 4 questions.

Retakes:
If you do not pass on the first attempt, you can retake the test to ensure you understand the material.

No On-Site Drive Test:
Certification is based on your verified experience and the written safety evaluation.

Reliability is non-negotiable at this facility.

First 2 Weeks:
Zero absences or call-outs permitted.

First 90 Days:
Only one (1) call-out allowed.

Commitment: 5:00 AM means you are clocked in and ready to operate.

Weekly Pay:
Get paid every Friday!
