About the roleEvery day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform donor screening and phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute- You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on their safety.
- You will screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- You will use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
- You will work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Experience with potential exposure to blood borne pathogens; 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
- One or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.

Compensation and Benefits SummaryLocation:
USA – TN – Mount Juliet
Starting hourly wage: $17.00
Additional benefits for U.S. employees include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. Employees may receive up to 80 hours of sick time per year, and new hires may accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
