Our Care team is looking for an exceptional nurse to help us manage and coordinate care for our residents. Our nurses enjoy strong relationships with the residents, collaborative work environments and a deep sense of belonging and appreciation.
- Medication management;
- Coordinating care between outside providers
- Disease management;
- Recording vitals;
- Developing Plans of Care;
- Hydration Therapy and more!
- Active Driver’s License
- Active LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification

- $33-$35 per hour based on experience
- Full-Time and Part-time
- 12-hour
Nights and alternating weekends
