Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Client Services Technician 1 – responsible for receiving and logging samples in the environmental testing laboratory. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, adjusted for geographic location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

• Receive shipments of samples
• Unpack sample coolers
• Verify samples against the customer’s paperwork
• Log the sample into the system

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills; preference for experience in customer service, shipping, or warehouse roles
• Preferred experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting (training provided)
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, standing for long periods, working around strong odors, and wearing required PPE
