Job SummaryClient Services Technician 1 – responsible for receiving and logging samples in the environmental testing laboratory. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, adjusted for geographic location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
Key Responsibilities- Receive shipments of samples
- Unpack sample coolers
- Verify samples against the customer’s paperwork
- Log the sample into the system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills; preference for experience in customer service, shipping, or warehouse roles
- Preferred experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting (training provided)
- Ability to work in a lab or office setting, standing for long periods, working around strong odors, and wearing required PPE
