McDonald's - - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that promotions are implemented well, and that service staff are trained in procedures;
Train service staff in production and service procedures and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
