Andrews Cadillac Mt. Juliet is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are a 4th generation, family-owned dealership and offer a state-of-the-art facility where we treat our customers and employees like family.
We are seeking a self‑motivated, resilient sales professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process, including responding to online inquiries, providing product information, and helping guests explore their options. This role is responsible for selling vehicles while meeting dealership standards for gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.

- Build and sustain professional relationships with potential customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, and accessories.
- Perform high‑quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Create effective strategies to overcome sales objections.
- Report to the Sales Manager with goals & objectives, planned activities, performance reviews and feedback.
- Understand basic financing and optional financial products.
- Routinely follow‑up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Consistently monitor industry trends and techniques in the automotive industry.
- Work with other departments and dealership staff to ensure effective collaboration.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and provide a positive attitude.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automotive Sales.
- GM sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Must have the ability to learn new products and services.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable/clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to participate in a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
