Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access at the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Communicate with site contacts, drivers, vendors, and staff regarding access procedures, delivery activity, and other security-related concerns.
