• Perform panel and structural work—correct bends, twists, or tears to factory specifications.
• Complete quality reassembly—ensure fit and finish, apply final touches.
• Work as a team—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work location—prioritize safety and tidiness.

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge—able to pull, straighten, and square vehicles.
• No‑shortcuts mentality—blueprint and finish right the first time.
• Attention to detail—committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team‑first attitude—collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
