Helper​/Apprentice

Elevated Electrical Service LLC is seeking a full-time Helper/Apprentice to support electricians and learn the trade in an onsite environment in Mount Juliet, TN.

As a Helper/Apprentice, you will assist electricians on job sites while developing practical skills in electrical installation, troubleshooting support, and safe work practices. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, work collaboratively, and grow into a skilled electrical professional.

You will contribute to efficient job completion by preparing materials, organizing work areas, and supporting day-to-day tasks under the direction of licensed electricians.

• Assist electricians with installation and maintenance tasks, including basic electrical setup and worksite preparation.

• Prepare job materials, stage supplies, and help maintain an organized, secure work area.

• Support cable, conduit, and component installation by performing assigned labor tasks.

• Follow jobsite safety procedures, including PPE use and safe handling of tools and materials.

• Communicate with the crew to understand daily tasks and promptly complete assigned responsibilities.

• Willingness to learn and follow directions while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Comfort with physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work safely around jobsite hazards.

• Reliability and punctuality, with a team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to understand and carry out job instructions in a clear, timely manner.

• Prior experience in construction, electrical work, or related trades.

• Familiarity with common jobsite practices and basic tool handling.

• Strong willingness to work in varying conditions typical of job sites.

• Interest in pursuing long-term growth through apprenticeship or trade advancement.
