We are recruiting experienced Stand Up Forklift Operators for a large distribution facility located off Interstate 840 on Couchville Pike in Mt Juliet, TN. All shifts are available, including weekend. True temp-to-hire opportunities.
Hours and Compensation- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:45am-2pm, $17.50 an hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:45pm-10:00pm, $19.00 an hour
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:45pm–6:00am, $19.00 an hour
- Weekend
Shifts:
Available for Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Sunday and Monday - Weekend Day Shift: 5:45am-6:00pm, $19.44 an hour
- Weekend Night Shift: 5:45pm-6:00am, $21.11 an hour
- At least 6 months of Stand-Up forklift experience
- Must have valid driver’s license or MVR report ran
- Must be able to pass an on-site forklift test
- Must be able to provide a prior forklift certification card or a reference from a previous supervisor
- Operate forklift equipment in a safe manner, checking to make sure loads are secure
- Pick orders with use of RF can gun and forklift
- Load and unload trucks with use of lift equipment
- Read incoming orders and select the correct items from warehouse shelves
- Stage items for delivery
- Stow products on shelves or racks with use of lift equipment
- Perform daily equipment checks on lift equipment before operation
- Conduct routine maintenance on lift equipment in the warehouse
