Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce Direct Hire opportunities for General Warehouse Workers at our Mt. Juliet Warehouse.

Participate in the daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse, performing an array of functions including:

• Verifying quantity, quality, and labeling of outgoing goods per customer order, ensuring all customer orders have shipping labels and are packed to customer specs
• Selecting and processing materials and cartons
• Picking and filling customer orders from multi‑level rack warehouse storage systems
• Organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse
• Handling routine needs that arise in the shipping department
• Identifying and maintaining necessary equipment, tools, and supplies
• Inspecting equipment, performing daily checklist, and communicating any deficiencies to supervision
• Continuously meeting production efficiency levels
• Maintaining quality of work (accuracy is key)
• Working independently and in a team environment, willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (flexibility is a must)
• Consistently working scheduled shifts and being on time to comply with company attendance policy

• Pick and pack products for shipment
• Label boxes with accurate product information and/or shipping details
• Ensure all products are stored safely and securely
• Train new associates on the above VAS tasks
• Sweep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Report any unsafe work conditions that might occur
• Other duties as required

• Ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to work the 1st shift schedule: currently Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM CT. This position requires schedule flexibility, as dictated by business demand and available resources, including overtime at times
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check
• Ability to count accurately and efficiently
• Ability to focus on details – accuracy is a must
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
