Shipping Crew Lead, WKND Shift

Starting at $22.25 per hour. The Weekend Shift Crew Lead will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

The shift is from 6:30AM - 5:00PM Thursday - Sunday.

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks
• Plan daily duties according to priority
• Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload
• Direct operation tasks to team members
• Perform replenishment, put-away and shipping processes
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous general SAP experience
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
• Desire to grow with our company
• An attention to detail where accuracy is key
• An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
