Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards while leading and motivating a team.

• Assist Operations Manager by fulfilling job duties assigned.
• Receive and unload containers by providing direction to warehouse personnel.
• Ship goods to customers by providing direction to warehouse personnel.
• Research any paperwork discrepancies or container issues.
• Ensure timely product flow throughout the shipping process.
• Provide training to warehouse personnel.
• Manage employee work performance and attendance, providing feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to ensure an organized work environment.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

• Clearly and effectively communicate work instructions to team members.
• Promptly report any issues or concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Computer proficiency including knowledge of SAP.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

• Warehouse environment resulting in working on concrete floor, temperature extremes along with dust and fumes. Noise levels vary.

• High school diploma/GED.
• 5+ years warehouse work experience.
• Experience in operating material handling equipment.
• Understanding of basic OSHA requirements and reporting.
• Previous leadership role within a team or group.

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of SAP process workflows.
• Knowledge of warehouse Operations.
