Warehouse Associate, Weekend Shift Packaging

This role has big-time impact! Warehouse Teammates participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. This role performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Warehouse Teammates are responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. It is a cross‑functional role. Warehouse Teammates will perform work in any department within the facility as directed to support operational requirements and business priorities.

Assignment to specific functions may vary daily based on workload, staffing levels, and operational needs. This role is responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

• Pick, pull, package, and ship orders
• Comfortably learn and use electronic devices, including RF scanners
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment
• Work in any department within the Distribution House. Warehouse Teammates may rotate or be assigned or reassigned to different function areas outside their primary designated department to meet fluctuating labor needs, support peak volume, address staffing gaps or otherwise meet the needs of the business.

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust, and mop
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Assist with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand‑held computers to receive daily tasks
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders
• Processing and shipping of orders

• High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent experience
• Six months warehouse experience preferred

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour. Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position.
