Supply Chain Operation Specialist

Overview

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Manage cargo from incoming trucks by removing it by hand or using manual equipment (hand truck or pallet jack) or forklifts.
• Sort received cargo by account or intended location and store it in the proper location.
• Accurately label freight to its destination.
• Perform forklift duties and learn to containerize basic loads.
• Monitor warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors and storing equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift Driver Certification.
• Ability to drive and/or operate heavy equipment.
• Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents.
