Invent Control Forklift Driver

BJ's Wholesale Club seeks an Inventory Control Forklift Driver to support accurate stock levels in a fast-paced warehouse club environment. You will safely operate forklifts to move, load, and stage merchandise; perform cycle counts; verify inbound and outbound shipments; and investigate inventory discrepancies. Partner closely with warehouse and member service teams to maintain organized storage areas and ensure product availability. Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines while meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage merchandise
• Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies and damages
• Maintain organized, clearly labeled storage and staging areas
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to record stock movements
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
• Collaborate with warehouse and member service teams to support availability
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Support general warehouse tasks as needed to serve members
