Job Duties- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
- Move, stack, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Stage materials for shipping and production needs
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
- Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Forklift Operator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
