Ready to step up and lead warehouse operations from the floor? We're looking for a Team Lead who brings hands‑on expertise and a passion for driving efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
What will you do?- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, order preparation, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization
- Lead your team to meet operational targets while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and procedural standards
- Identify process improvements and solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Warehouse Management — intermediate level; coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy
- Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring fulfillment activities meet service expectations and delivery commitments
- Drives for Results — intermediate level; leading your team to achieve productivity and quality targets consistently
- Problem Solving — intermediate level; addressing operational issues quickly to minimize disruption
- Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; maintaining a safe work environment through compliance and proactive hazard management
- Continuous Improvement — developing level; contributing ideas to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Change Management — developing level; supporting the rollout of new procedures and systems on the floor
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and guide frontline teams
- Practical problem‑solving mindset that keeps operations moving smoothly under pressure
- Clear communication skills to coordinate across shifts, teams, and functions
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in everything you do
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required; safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor
- Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift
- Requires the ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work.
- Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively.
