About the Role:As a Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of nursing care to our patients and residents on weekends, ensuring that our high standards of care and service are met. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Direction: Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, including orienting new staff members and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Patient Care: Assess patients' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Staff Management: Manage the nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that all duties are assigned and completed efficiently and effectively.
Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided.
Provide direct patient care and supervise other nursing staff to ensure that all patients receive high-quality care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure that patients' needs are being met.
Oversee the medication administration process and ensure that all medications are administered safely and correctly.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
Manage the nursing staff and delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided.
Current RN License: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
