Security Officer - Shopping Plaza

Allied Universal - Up to $18.04/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff at a retail and mall location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, retail corridors, service hallways, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical situations, and property damage reports per post orders.;
Monitor access points and loading or receiving areas as assigned, verifying credentials and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete patrol and incident documentation, communicate observations to site management, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when required.
