Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues that could impact daily operations, helping to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional interaction;
Support opening and closing activities, assist with crowd and queue observation during busy periods, and provide directions and general assistance to visitors as needed
